【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation factors for bleeding amount of different levels in postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) within 2 hours after delivery. Methods Analysis on medical documents of 212 patients treated in Fujian Maternity and Children Health Hospital. According to the bleeding amount within 2 hours after delivery, patients were divided into 3 groups.61 cases with the bleeding amount between 400ml and 500ml for early warning group, 127 cases with bleeding amount between 500ml and 1 500ml for treating group, 24 cases with the bleeding amount exceed 1 500ml for critical group. Analysis the correlation factors .Results (1) Incidence of PPH was 3.07% and 71.23% among of them happen in 2 hours after delivery (2)The Multivariate analysis results:①quantitative data: The neonatal weight correlated positively with the bleeding amount in the early warning group. The parity correlated positively with the bleeding amount in the treating group. The hematocrit (HCT) and blood platelet count (PLT) correlated negatively with the bleeding amount in the treating group. The uterine height correlated positively with the bleeding amount in the critical group. ②categorical data :The bleeding amount in the early warning group with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) or hysteromyoma was significant higher than maternity without. The bleeding amount in the treating group with maternity body mass index(BMI) ≥28.0kg/m2 in early pregnancy or maternity placenta previa were significant higher than maternity without. The bleeding amount in the critical group with maternity cesarean section delivery was significant higher than maternity without. Conclusion It is necessary to strength pregestational and antenatal and observe parturient situation strictly for women with risk factors of PPH. According to the bleeding amount within 2 hours after delivery, start rapidly corresponding emergency treatment.
