Prolift材质医用网片生物相容性及缩变的实验研究

    【摘要】  目的:评价Prolift材质医用网片在动物体内的生物相容性及缩变。方法:在6只新西兰家兔腹部皮下植入10mm×40mm prolift的剩余剪裁网片各10条,共计60条。按随机数字表分为3组,每组2只实验家兔,分别于术后 14天(A组)、30天(B组)、90天(C组)取出网片连同周围组织、以家兔自身的皮肤及皮下组织作为对照组,用游标卡尺测量网片长宽值,计算面积及缩变度,同时行组织切片,光镜下观察炎症反应、纤维囊形成情况,评价标准参照中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T16886.6-1997分Ⅰ-Ⅳ级,所有计量资料采用方差分析,检验水准P=0.05。结果:术后14天组有一只家兔出现植入网片感染,其它家兔均未见感染、侵蚀、暴露;感染家兔术后14天(A1组)网片缩变度为21.8%±0.05%,未感染家兔术后14天(A2组)、B组、C组网片缩变度分别为3.1%±0.03%、2.3%±0.03%、2.5%±0.03%,A 1组与A2组相比差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05),A2组、B组、C组相比差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A2组、B组、C组、对照组炎症反应分别为Ⅲ级、Ⅱ级、<Ⅰ级、<Ⅰ级,纤维囊形成级别分别为Ⅲ级、Ⅱ级、<Ⅰ级、<Ⅰ级。结论:Prolift材质医用网片在短期内有良好的抗缩变性能,感染可能是网片缩变的重要因素;Prolift材质医用网片在短期内具有较好的生物相容性。

after 14 days,30 days and 90 days (2 rabbits per group). Shrinkage
of all samples were recorded and all samples were evaluated for inflammatory response and scar plate formation by light microscopies. Each of these two categories was graded on a scale of Ⅰ-Ⅳ according to GB/T16886.6-1997. All measurement data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance with P<0.05 as significant. Results infection occurred in one of the rabbits during 14 post-operation days. There is no infection,erosion or exposure in other rabbits. Shrinkage of the meshes in the infectious rabbit (group A1)is 21.8%±0.05%, while in the others was 3.1%±0.03%、2.3%±0.03%、2.5%±0.03% at the post-operative 14th day (group A2), 30th day and 60th day, respectively. There was significant difference between group A1 and group A2 (P<0.05),and no significant difference between group A2、group B and group C (P>0.05). Inflammatory reaction was level Ⅲ,levelⅡ,<level Ⅰand <levelⅠ at group A2, group B ,group C and control group, respectively. Fiber capsule formation was level Ⅲ,levelⅡ,<level Ⅰand <levelⅠ.Conclusion Shrinkage was little and tend to be stable along with time. Infection may be an important factor of shrinkage. Prolift mesh presents excellent biocompability in the rabbit model.
